Let me start on the note that "You can't do everything, you need people to help you do other things so you can get better on what you're currently doing" . When I started my business, I was all in all. By this I mean I did virtually everything but yet my result was below average. I felt I could run everything, save the money, and make a big profit, but that was me deceiving myself.  As I grow in my business I discover that "people's help" was all I needed to make my business grow.
